Finally finished 1st Build

This was my first build . I literally had no idea on what i was doing until i joined this forum and i must say that it went with no problems and i was very happy with it:

Corsair XMS3 4GB RAM
Gigabyte M68MT-S2 Motherboard
AMD PHENOM II X4 840 Quad core Processor
OCZ VERTEX 2 64GB SSD - WINDOWS BOOTING
500GB WD BLUE CAVIAR HDD - STORAGE DRIVE
WINDOWS 7 64 HOME PREMIUM OS

PERIPHERALS:
LG M227WDP 22" Monitor (Vga Output)
Gigabyte Ghost Gaming Series MouseMat
GigaByte M6900 Precision Gaming Mouse
TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless-N PCI Adapter
Logitech Media Keyword (Will be getting a razor soon)

I'm also thinking about getting a graphics card soon

Do you have any tips on cable management also lol? My leads wont stretch around the outside of my case so inside is messy haha

When you got a few quid more, buy some extensions - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?groupid=1929&catid=153&rows=0

you can get them in fancy braided type or just simple wire extensions without the pretty sleeving.

Ok thanks. I also noticed that my mother board is in the corner so i couldnt put leads around the outside and then have them coming from the left hand side (Back of case)

Just looks so confusing haha

The monitor is amazing , I used it for Xbox 360 (VGA) and it was awesome.

I can highly recommend it

Congrats,
You'll have to get some sort of lighting for inside of the computer at some stage to make best use of that window

I have that monitor too, use it for xbox 360. Also worth noting that if the blue LED annoys you there's an option in the menu to turn it off (it only flashes when you initially turn it on the dissapears.)

Lol , I havent touched the cables since i done the build so i'm going to buy some nice braided cables and sort that problem
