This was my first build . I literally had no idea on what i was doing until i joined this forum and i must say that it went with no problems and i was very happy with it:

Corsair XMS3 4GB RAM
Gigabyte M68MT-S2 Motherboard
AMD PHENOM II X4 840 Quad core Processor

WINDOWS 7 64 HOME PREMIUM OS

Logitech Media Keyword (Will be getting a razor soon)

I'm also thinking about getting a graphics card soon :)

The monitor is amazing , I used it for Xbox 360 (VGA) and it was awesome.

I can highly recommend it :D
 
Congrats,
You'll have to get some sort of lighting for inside of the computer at some stage to make best use of that window :)

I have that monitor too, use it for xbox 360. Also worth noting that if the blue LED annoys you there's an option in the menu to turn it off (it only flashes when you initially turn it on the dissapears.)
