would you kill your gran just cause she had a dodgy hip an arthritis?
To be fair the NHS will fix granny a new one, not so easy doing joint replacements on animals.
Sorry to hear that cumulus.

Lovely wee scottish terrier you've got there rG

i dread to think what it's going to be like when my dog passes away, she's only 6 so plenty of time ahead of her, but I couldn't imagine not having her now!
Little black scotty with so much energy, and so loving....of an evening as i'm sat on the sofa on the laptop/watching TV she'll jump up and lie down with her head on my leg "cuddling" me and fall asleep. I'm starting to get slightly sniffly even thinking of the prospectBest of luck in whatever you choose to do cumulus1978
Sorry to hear about your dog, been in the same sort of situation myself. Real difficult decisions to make and some people who don't have pets don't realise that they are like little babies and are as much a part of the family as anyone else. The worst thing is to see them suffering but glad the tablets seem to be helping. All the best
My dog feels now really better with those tablets ( Arnica ).Today he was particularly happy because I'm at home with him.

I wouldn't say 'widely regarded', I'd say 'is'. Homeopathy is a sham and it's both worrying and extremely disappointing that your vet sold you a homeopathic remedy.Because Homoeopathy is widely regarded as a placebo.
Placebos only work when the person knows what they are consuming.
Brilliant news. Make sure you spend as much time as humanly possible with him (I know you will anyway).
My little Jack Russell hates it when I go to work each day and leave her by herself, but I am off all week and you really can notice a difference in behaviour in her, she's so much happier and bouncy'er than usual.
Enjoy the time you have left with your pooch.
