If i reset my motherboard by taking the battery out for 10 mins will this reset the overclocked settings?

If so is there any way to find out what they were in the first place without tinkering and testing myself?

Basically i have already reset it :(

Cheers

If overclocked by OcUK or someone similar, the overclocked settings should have been saved as a profile and can be loaded again - i don't think a CMOS reset deletes these saved settings.

if you did the overclock yourself, then unless you remember saving them its unlikely they can be recovered.

I'm not sure if that particular board saves profiles. When in the BIOS press F12, it should bring up a menu that has saved settings, select the one which OCUK have used (most likely the only one with a name). Save and reboot.
