i have had my computer for about 3 and a half months now and every now and then it would freeze, and any sound that was being played at that time would go really loud and drony.
tiny red and yellow squares would appear partially over the screen, and i wouldn't be able to do anything, so i had to restart it.

any information would be helpfull.

My first thoughts at the sight of tiny red and yellow squares is a GPU problem.

You tried re-seating your RAM and GPU?

Well i dusted my computer all over about two weeks ago and in the process i removed my GPU and RAM and put them both back correctly,
And no i havent overcloked at all

well the weird optical illusion looking thing came up and it did it for about a minute and then it came up with my score and stuff
but im not sure what i should take from the experience

there should be i think a "burn" test or something that keeps going.

you can also run fumark in a windowed display, while you have GPU-Z running in another window along side monitoring the temps, so it looks like this.
