Please tell me you also ordered a cheap external 2tb USB drive to do regular bckups onto as well? I have my backup drive in the desk at work and bring it home once a week meaning I should be ok in the event of fire or theft.

Couldnt at the time as fund were tight but another 2tb WD green drive is in the basket and i plan to use the 3.5" enclosure i bought to test the drives initially at the start of the thread.

Thats the cheapest option i think as the 2tb drives are currently under £60, that said are there any 2tb portable usb drives out there that are that cheap?
