Anything special I need to do before selling a mobile phone?

Hi all,

I've found some old mobile phones which I'm going to stick on Ebay.

Im wondering though if there is anything I need to do before selling them?

Obviously I will remove the SIM card and reset the phones to factory settings, but I was wondering if there are any legalities regarding selling mobile phones, or anything I should be aware of.

you cant sell or buy a phone that has been reported lost/stolen

i lost my phone, reported it stolen and then found it, it was barred in the UK (no signal) and when i tried to recycle the phone, i was told it had been reported lost/stolen and was illegal to buy/sell
