are these temps okay

I have recently started tinkering with overclocking, I used the Bios settings on my Motheboard to setup my phenom 2 x4 955 BE from 3.2 up to 3.6 I am using the AMD standard cooler so I dont want to push it any further, temperature on max load is low to mid 50's usually 51c, even though the idle temp is 41c.

The Gpu I'm using is VTX3d ATI HD 6850 the ones sold on this site, it's temp on max load is around 75c I think that seems a little high. When overclocked though that doesn't seem to change at all max load when OC results in 75c on max load with the fan at 65% well this is the temp showing in ATI CCC, should I be using a more accurate programme for reading the GPU temps?

I think thats the max you will get with the standard cooler, just remember to keep the chip below 60c otherwise it will throttle back. What volts are you using?.

the voltage was upped by 5mV just to be on the safe side although it should run 3.6 on default voltage.
