(PS3) Mortal Kombat SE Tournament

You guys are getting plenty of offline practice time, I want to see some good combos in the tourny. :p As soon as PSN is back up this will start so feel free to play your game with your opponent listed in the first post. :)

Yea, I think I watched the wall juggle thing with Noob and it was just crazy, if I was stuck in that juggle I would have a "Oh come on...." face. My only tactic so far is to play defensively, unlike a certain two other characters in my possible choices.

He's great at range with a good teleport. Excellent mid screen combo's would be broken.
 
Seeing as PSN is coming back up this coming week, I guess this Tournament will start up. If anyone drops out, please stick my name down as a reserve. Not really played the game much, but keen to lay it online. I don't have a main and don't know most of the moves, just putting my name down to make up the numbers and get some online play, finally!

Just a thought... we need to redeem a code to be able to play online... doesn't that go through the psn store? Which I don't think is back up as the same time as psn? D:

Yeah, this is something somebody brought up on a MK forum I post on. I never really thought of that but that's pretty disturbing, if people can't enter their Kombat codes this will completely kill the PS3 community for this game. I hope some kind of solution is being formulated.

I entered mine the day before PSN went down, but I guess this will be an issue for a lot of people as it seems PSN online play will be back, before the Store is back up.

As soon as PSN is back up and running, can the original 8 who put their name down just confirm in the thread that they are still in and we will take it from there.

rp2000 I will add your name to the reserves. If we have any other reserves that wish to be considered, or if I've missed anyone who posted previously in this thread just let me know. :)
 
I didn't have mine delivered until the friday morning, so it looks like I'm going to have to wait a while longer. Although I'll get to redeem my codes for Klassic Kitana and Sub Zero at that time as well.

Yo, just confirming that I'm still in :D. Need to wait for psn store to activate kombat pass though, but I can still get 2 free days I think? Not sure if that needs the psn store too?
