If such a tape appeared, a large percentage of population would write it off as a fake and conspiracy without even giving it a second thought.

I'm not saying I believe he's still alive, but people can be overly credulous.

The 9/11 commission report does name him as being ultimately responsible.

It also mentions 10 times between May 98-99 when Clinton had opportunity to kill him in kandahar , which he never saw through.

Bin Laden was a bad man, he is now dead. You can keep arguing about the semantic reasoning and blah blah blah about his death but reality he is dead and I am happy about that.

Wrong. As soon as I heard the news, I was certain they will not have his body, and I was right. Another thing I would have said if I had longer then 2 seconds to think about it before seeing it myself on the news was that they will put him in Pakistan. So yes based on that, I believe in this instance as they do more often then not, they are lying. They could have had his body, but no, they don't. They could have caught him alive, but no, they didn't.

He most probably died years ago and this news is for other purposes, I have just seen some Americans on the news chanting '4 more years' lol.
