The circumstances seem very strange to me. Even if they did really kill Osama and bury him at sea, they've opened the floodgates to all the conspiracy nuts and doubters to try and convince the world hes still alive. Why not take him alive? Even if he resisted they could have knocked him out and dragged him off by his heels. Why not take the body back for proof to the world?

I give it a week before someone does a youtube vid of Osama "singing" Still Alive from Portal

Dont see the problem with burying him at sea, in fact in makes a lot os sense. A: its in keeping with their religion to bury the dead in a 24 hrs peroid. B: and most importantly, his supporters are denied a "shrine" as the place he died.
