Ok so I followed this

4.7GHz or Below
All bios values to Auto except for those noted-
CPU Turbo Multiplier
Dram Voltage to specification
Internal testing has shown Auto Values will allow for stability in all forms of testing including high synthetic high load applications (Linx, Prime95, Occt ). In the event general stability is not achieved in these synthetic high load applications, you can adjust the noted values for improved stability.
Digi + VRM options
VRM frequency to 350 – Requires setting to manual adjustment and entering the specified value.

from this guide over on hardforums (http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1578110)

Just wondering if I'm damaging any hardware?

Seeing as you've increased no voltages, in theory there is no extra damage caused to anything (assuming your processor stays within its thermal envelope).

Im running mine at 4.6 and the voltage exceeds 1.4 by .2 every now and then, but only when linpacking , is it safe, I would think in the long term as long as your not clobbering it with super high volts, and temps which your not that it should be fine
