I wouldn't want a car that was owned by someone who smokes so much they specced the smoker package when they bought it new

Smoker package is standard spec.

Loads of things, navigation, heated seats, sunroof, folding mirrors, xenons, TV, auto wipers.

This car only really has one option, bluetooth (you'll struggle to find one without leather).

Isn't that sort of thing subject to an annual inspection by a BMW dealer, usually @ service intervals?. Void warranty if it's not carried out?.

No annual inspection, its just part of the service regime.

I think this thread has defined my spec as:

330 Ci (not convertible) (M)Sport, Leather, Manual, Petrol, FBMWSH(preferable), professional navigation, facelift, <80k miles, pref 1 owner. (Have I missed anything important?)

I'm struggling to find one meeting all these specs. I've tried Autotrader, BMW Approved Used and Pistonheads and have found some that are close and others that are nowhere near what I want.

Anyone seen anything?

You don't neccesarily need as many optional extras as possible, you just need the right ones - IMHO, that means Professional Navigation. Xenons can be easily and safely retrofitted to facelift Coupes as they already have projector headlights. Heated seats etc are simply personal preference - the big deal, IMHO, is the Professional navigation because it really changes the look of the interior and allows for much better ipod integration.
