Anyone used sportsdirect.com?

Given how shoddily the physical shops are run, I can't see the online service being anything other than terrible.

Everytime I see Sports Direct I get the image of Mike Ashley in my head, horrible horrible thing to think of.

If they sold Burberry they would be a one stop shop for many yoots dem.

However they do have good bargains re: Asics, and I just picked up a pair of cycle mitts for £6.

Ordered some running shoes and gym shorts from them at about 2pm, next day delivery, turned up about 8am the following day with a MASSIVE free sports direct coffee mug.

No troubles with them at all, my house mate did the same thing, super quick delivery and a free mug, cant say no!

The mug. :D

Ordered a pair of football boots a few years ago. Worst online shopping experience ever. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and the customer support service is useless. Never using them again, prefer just to walk into the shop instead now.

Used them a few times and have been fine. I suspect people get courier issues and blame sports direct, my courier left a parcel in next doors back garden once instead of mine.

Only issue I had with sports direct was they left one of those security tags on an item so they must have pulled the item from a shop. They said I could return to them or take to a shop so I took to a shop with receipt, shop was fine and also appologetic.
