Will any wired 360 controller work for PC?

Want one so i can use it for GTA4.

It will work fine, and no need for drivers it's literally plug and play

Makes GTA IV much better on pc, especially for me when playing on my laptop.

Works awesome, on vista and win 7 you dont even need drivers. Just plug and go, played GTA4, dead space and others with it just like using an xbox but with better graphics.

Fantastic buy that is and i highly recommend the wired one too as it feels so light to hold and its even cheaper.

Absolutely

Although a joypad as its uses on third person type games (Mafia2, Batman), racing games and broken console ports like Dead Space (unplayable on anything else).

I do have the wireless elite and wireless dongle, but I should just have gone wiht the basic wired controller tbh. No messing about, no drivers required, just maybe a calibration.
