You see, if i was a terrorist and saw the Americans gathering in the streets to chant at the death of my 'comrade' there would be explosions in no short order. Surely? Would anyone notice 1 guy wearing a Semtex jacket walking into the middle of it? Hell a home made explosive would cause enough damage.

If you were watching CNN last night the US officials were watching the gun fight live from the cameras on the navy seals. OR they could be browsing GD (looks like the sexist jokes really got Hillary Clinton)

One of their, and our enemies was killed, by Americans. I don't see the problem with them being patriotic. The same thing happened over here when Hitler was killed.

Why not, they're Americans being patriotic and celebrating. It’s what they do not like others who only sit indoors because they fear offending the peasant masses across the ocean. Good for them.
Hitler was a totally different situation. If you can't see that there is something wrong with you.
Seems like Obama is weighing up the possibility of releasing a video of Osama being dumped in the ocean or something similar ive heard.
Now pardon me if im being mighty pessimistic here but can someone please explain to me, how that will appease anyone asking for proof of his death??...if they dont show his face then it could be anyone under there for all we know.
There are reports that he was shot above the left eye and that there was a lot of blood and brains so they wont be showing any pics of him but yet they were ok to show Saddam being hung...dodgy if you ask me.
Again i dont believe for one damn second hes dead till i see hard proof of his death....but we wont because lets face it...we are being lied to now just like we were being lied to when they invaded Iraq.
And before anyone accuses me of it...im far from being a conspiracy theorist...i just dont believe 99% of the crap the media spouts off and wills us to believe

Let's face it though- if he wasn't dead, he'd just make a video saying "I'm still alive", thus revealing that the US lied, and turning its people against the state?
So in my opinion he's dead unless proven to be alive.

However, I think you need to remember that he was not alone.... There are many out there who agreed with his views. Some will see him as a martyr... Heck I doubt Laden was even afraid of being killed...... If I'm right then what has the West accomplished?

If you lived in NYC at the time of it being attacked, if you lost friends or family in the attack, if your lives were forever changed as a result. If you lived in a country whose media quite effectively demonised just one man, and even more so if you lived in a country where the death sentence was such an acceptable form of justice then I think your views wouldn't be much dissimilar from those of the people pictured above. Hell, if it happened here and my family had been killed by a maniac for reasons that I could not comprehend then I'd be happily singing the news of that persons death.
