They do but at least they work, the whole idea of that car is its been upgraded to the point where its a modern driving experience in a retro car.

That I understand completely, but they make it look a bit tacky. I can fully appreciate why they're like that, and find the rest of the car rather awesome as a concept. I wonder how much it's going for?

I had a guess a bit further back 75k plus probably.

Years ago i went to see a MK10 Jag they done half as much work to as that MK2 and it was 50k 8 or 9 years ago.

The work will be dop drawer though, better than when it left the factory.

Originally most didnt have wing mirrors remember and those that did they were half way down the wing and absolutely useless.

Dont forget driving in 1967 was not like driving now, allowances need to be made.

Quite a lot then, but probably justifiably so. I'd love to poke around it myself and see what it's like.

They would look a million times better, and I think for the sake of the aesthetics I'd definitely have the old ones back on it even if it meant leaning out the window to adjust them (yes I know DM, you like your creature comforts!). :p
 
Go down and have a look they are friendly people near Chelmsford in Essex.

They didnt have wing mirrors per se they were mostly without external mirrors and the few that did they were out of arms reach 2 foot down the front wing and **** :)
 
A bit far for just a poke about for me!

I can appreciate the older mirrors were gash. I suppose that ideally you'd buy this and an unmodified classic to cover all bases. More Jags!
