Surely it won't be hard to spot a White RS in the early hours going through red lights and on the wrong side of the road on CCTV lol?
 
Theres a bit around 2:17 were he goes through a set of changing traffic lights, they dont look speeded up to me, and a few flashing pedestrian crossings that flash at normal speeds.
I'm hoping the police will try and make an example of whoever the driver is, we dont need drivers so reckless on the road getting away with actions like this.

that will be the drivers only way of getting caught if the local cctv system picks him up, easy bust for the coppers and a bit of free space in the paper to show their dealing with muppets.wouldnt be surprised if they already have the cctv tapes and are going through them.
 
no way they can get him without some sort of proof however he would be on 100's of cameras sos if the can work out what sort of time the video was taken the can probably track the car down.

He should just keep his mouth shut when talking to the police

Well there's been numerous OPs now and the video is in the public domain so I guess there's nothing that can be done.

Having them removed from here though is needless as there's been much worse things posted on here that have stayed.
 
Looks sped up nearly twice the speed to me, could well be driving around at 30mph. I guess regardless of this they won't take kindly to handbrake turns in the middle of a town.
 
wonder if its covered by any town centre cctv...

and if not i wonder if the police will go so far as to view and seize private cctv footage along the route.

watching this with interest!!

Along with all the running of red lights, crossing onto the other side of the road and on the wrong side of traffic islands....

The video is a cluster **** of idiocy behind the wheel.
 
If they find the RS with the 'neverbeen' stickers it could get a bit sticky for him depending.

Bit stupid saying he didn't know which car was driving about, since he 'edited' it...
 
If I was him I would have boot and nuke'd my all HDD's twice and burnt all of the cameras.
'I had a nasty virus that just wouldn't go, and the cameras were old..."
If it wasn't him it would be pretty easy to show them the original downloaded and project files to prove it wasn't him.
 
I don't see what the big deal is... he didn't hurt anyone

He's obviously not a very skilled driver, but was clearly slowing down and looking at the blind junctions.

If he'd tried to do something like that at rush hour, that would have been dangerous... but not at that time of the morning!
