Lost Civilisation

Indeed, but there is no flood of reliable evidence in this particular case, it seems.

Ice age, iirc last ice age ended just under ten thousand years ago, there is a lot of unusual sites that have been dissevered underwater and not properly investigated and computer models of the last ice age have shown these locations as above the water table before the meltdown.

Graham Hancock on the other hand although an interesting read is a bit of a crackpot and goes far to far.

However I wish the archaeology community would take the ice age meltdown seriously and actually do some proper underwater archaeology. It's expensive and seems a total lack of interest in case they have to read the books. Just be nice to get a proper awnser one way or the other.

Watched a Discovery Channel prog on this and, apparently, after the last ice age mean sea levels rose approx 100 meters  Leaving an awful lot of what was coast line underwater. As many civilisations sprang up by the sea this would mean that theres plenty down there to discover.
