It's possible that it's just some generic filler music. When I temp'd at the BBC, the sound department had shelves of stuff just for that purpose.

But then it also sounds like generic indie hipster rubbish. I imagine 4 tossers in tweed with Buddy Holly glasses and hitler youth cuts all playing synth.
