What is this sensation called?

it's a result of the reduction in the force due to mavity on the vestibular system due to your sudden downward motion.

this is rationalised by your body as a strange feeling in your nether region below the bladder, near the prostate gland (which is why it is often... stimulating)

Why this sensation is realised there, i have no idea, but it seems to be very common.

This. I would second that we call it the 'Kwerk', but in your case it may be a case of 'Recurring Testicular Kerk Syndrome (RTKS)' - I would advise that you see a GP post-haste.

This is exactly what I expected the OP to read, stomach, not testicle as a result I almost just chocked to death :mad:

I *think* it might be to do with a 'zero mavity' intolerance. A friend of mine mentioned something similar to this that fighter pilots get the same sensation when barrel rolling/loop the looping/descending and banking quickly. That your stomach feels like its turning upside down and you go a bit light headed (like when you go over a steep but short bridge in a car.) A quick google mentions things to do with blood flow and increased vascular activity but nothing about the testicles. (Google zero mavity intolerance)

Perhaps you should chop them off just to be safe.
