if the Nazi's had won the war

I had this discussion with my uncle a while back. We came to the conclusion that while it should never happen that way, with such bloodshed, it was probably the last opportunity to unite the world.

By no means would it have been a good place - but still. Interesting to think about.

I would not wish what happened on anyone, though, nothing is worth that. I'm thoroughly glad we triumphed.

It probably would but in a different way, central powers would have sorted the differences out with UK and USA, Russia would have been the threat possible agressor in europe and Japan would still have been empire building round the pacific.

One major change, Hitler would have had no platform hence no leadership for him, he would have had no grudge to start out in the first place, his major grudge was bad treatment of Germany after WW1.

If there had been a major conflict it would have been shorter in all probability being less widespread. If Russia had picked a fight with Europe under the central powers and an allied UK and USA. Russia would have not had much of a chance at that time given the way Germany on its own virtually took Russia in months they did not have the required manpower to complete the job on their own.

A better question is if the The Central Powers had won WW1 would we have had a WW2?
You wouldn't be complaining about Polish people coming here to take your jobs cause there would be no Poland.

What interests me more is what would have happened if Stalin attacked Germany before they invaded Russia (which by the way was his plan as far as I've been told).

It would be a terrible place with no freedom of speech, ruled by dictatorship and filled with racism and hate.

I have problems understanding how there could possibly be pros to the nazis running the world.

odds are the majority of us wouldn't be here as our parents/grandparents/great grand parents swouldn't have met.

I would probably not been born had Germany won but if I had it would have been into Hungarian upper middle class. My grandfather owned a swath of huge farms and vineyards passed to him as he was the oldest son he then passed pieces on to his brothers to manage and make money but kept ownership, like a tenancy. They were also educated and very militeristic. My great grandfather was a high ranked hungarian policeman while all his sons were in the army after university and some other people looked after the farms and land overseen by my grandfather's sisters and great grandmother.

Now the land is gone, my grandfather signed ownership over to his brothers and it was gradually reduced by communism distributing land from private ownership and generations being given pieces to build houses and farm. He actually signed the last big piece away around 1980 because he thought he would never go back after things that happened in the war.

Now I would not have this any other way even though had I been born after a german victory I would most likely be quite wealthy. No amount of advantage to me would make me want things any different from today, a german victory would have been a disaster on so many levels.
