Best bang for buck upgrade from GTX260216?

As above, looking for a good upgrade from GTX260 216, was a bad buy really this card should have stuck with HD4870, but I'm not wanting to spend much, £100 MAX.

For £100 you're not going to get much of a speed bump. Would suggest you stick with your current card for a while unless you're happy to buy something 2nd hand

This chart shows how a 5850 compares to a GTX 260 in a few games, also note that the HD 5850 supports DirectX 11.

This isn't a bad jump considering a HD 5850 costs £108 and you should be able to sell your GTX 260 for £45-50.

I would also keep current card and save up and till you can get something worth buying, not much of a performance boost for the money.

You can have deals on HD5870, someone sold in MM for £100 delivered!

I would personally save up a bit more.. or if you can, save up a bit sell your current gfx card and put the funds towards a GTX 560 TI, or if your case can contain them a 6950.. both of which would be a significant upgrade to your 260.

Agree with this, decent upgrade and DX11 for £60.
