I think my estranged wife may be selling my belongings on Ebay

This. I thought it would be common sense to take everything that you know is definitely yours (did she ever use the pressure washer?) and leave behind the stuff you both used for the solicitors to sort out.
 
I didn't get a chance to get my stuff, just the way it worked out.

I never thought about the stuff not being new as it has been 2yrs. Main thing is that a lot of it hasn't been used and there are quite a few things that I was given or bought that is worth quite a lot of money, like really old books given to me by family.

One big mess this is and I would hate to think she is selling anything she considers to belong to me.

I have nothing of hers. I am still paying the morgage for what was our home and is where she is living, as I know if I don't it will end up getting autioned by the bank and I will end up loosing out.

My Lawyer told me that when the divorce gets sorted, she will most likely get to stay in the house anyway, until the kids have finished their full time education. Which makes sense but kinda messes things for me.

If I had evidense that she is selling my stuff, or any stuff that was bought when we lived together for that matter, i'm sure my lawyer would be able to do something about it.

Could I make money from selling the rights to this story? :p

Well i think your lawyer can do something about it if u got evidence of her selling your items...at the end of the day that counts as breaking the law as it aint exactly her items shes selling.

She may well get to stay in the house that doesn't mean you should have to pay for it!

I think you need better legal representation, yours seems to be doing nothing...
