Take 5 minutes of your time to watch this.

A heads up for our younger members and also for the more senior to 'get to know your skin'.

Those that have lost somebody to cancer can relate to how painful it is, not only them but also you.

When you've given a visual sign too it seems silly not to check and even sillier not to cream up.

My friends wife has an enormous amount of moles all over her arms and legs (and probably the rest of her) and has had to have loads of them removed when they've turned malignant or been at risk of doing so. She has to take photos of herself regularly and compare them to previous photos to monitor exactly what is happening to all the moles.

Scary stuff.

I have fair skin and red hair... but shave my head.

Used the tanning bed once for 2 minutes and got burned like a mother. Couldn't sleep on my back for days.

Thanks for posting, it was a very moving and thought provoking video and whilst it did not have much in the way of technical details it's proved enough for me to go away and research further... Awareness has got to be a good thing!

Everyone knows the best thing to do in scary situations is ignore them until they go away.

Serious note: Good video.

Great video, great message, we need to more research into this, I lost my mother when I was young and I can tell you, if there's one thing you can do for them, it's do them proud. :)

I'm a day walker so at a high risk of developing skin cancer. No moles though so that's good.

Sods law I get it somewhere else.

Oh well *Shakes fist at universe*

This.

I have quite a few moles... well not really, but probably more than 50 overall. And how badly sunburnt is badly sun burnt?

I think they define it as peeling.

Gp will remove as many moles as you want, they get a bonus per mole removed apparently.

Good video, Didnt even no this was common in my age so will definitely be looking more into this and checking more often

I got pretty bad sun burn (but then again I have nothing to compare it to) where my back/chest peeled completely, I looked like a burn (oh wait) victim and my skin still patchy/blotchy when I get hot from working out/running.

As for moles I only have one mole that sticks out any and I don't care enough to get it taken off.

I really hope you're joking :p

Speaking of moles i really need to go to the doctor and get mine checked. After watching Embarrassing Bodies recently my gf said 1 on my back is starting to look a little odd...
