LinkTart isn't a general 'free for all' server so I'd generally advise most people to go for defrag's or 5UB's.

(unless you're one of the regulars of course) :)

40 hours to get to Rank 44. 15.59 KD and 1,594 score per minute.

17,864 kills in 40 hours, that's 7.44 kills a minute or a kill every 8 seconds. Pretty handy I'd say.

I get around a kill every 55 seconds by comparison and I'm not a total muppet at BC2.

On the Connect page in Mumble it shows that your server has a much lower bandwidth than Defrag's or 5UB's

It's running with default settings atm. What bandwidth is it showing?

I should really just sort it out tbh. Since moving to the new dedi I've not done much with the mumble config.

Theirs show 560kbit/s and your shows 144kbit/s, and I get a bit of packet loss showing from yours, none from theirs

You shouldn't be getting packet loss - I've not seen that at all with it and the minecraft/l4d/killingfloor servers also running on that dedi are fine.

I'll sort out the maximum bandwidth setting now, though I don't imagine most people would really want to run at highest anyhow (as their connections might not like it).

edit: For instance... Just connected with my work PC (using default mumble settings) and I'm getting the following:
