Amanda Donohoe.
Ken Russell directed mish-mash that doesn't know whether it's dealing with vampires, snakes, or dragons. The scene where a vampirised police officer is snake charmed is laughable. Plot holes, bad acting, poor direction, poor lighting, you name it.
The only redeeming feature is when Amanda Donohoe straps on an enormous phallic implement to sacrifice a virgin, that made me chuckle, oh and the scene where she kills a boy-scout by biting him on the knob.

It's not the worst film ever but the only one i have ever walked out on in the cinema was Zombieland.
I actually found it offensive that someone recommended it to me as something that i would like. It wasn't just not funny, it was the opposite of what i would consider funny.

There are an awful lot of people in this thread who obviously don't know what a parody or spoof is. In fact, some of the choices are frankly bizarre.
The worst film I have seen recently is Hot Rod Horror, I think it was trying to be halfway between a spoof and a B movie and it just fell horrendously flat. Dude, Where's My Car is another one that found itself in that slot for me, it just grated rather than being particularly funny.

I'd forgotten about that masterpiece. Probably helped that I'd had a few pints before watching that one at the cinema...
