I ordered these from america a few weeks ago and they finally came yesterday:

3 x EVGA 570 Backplates
3 x High Airflow Bracket (400/500 series Nvidia)

People have had mixed opinions but I think they look great! (Camera is Iphone)

I will take pics with the SLR once I have finally completed the build, I still have an OCZ Vertex 3 to add along with 2 extra braided cables and some final cable management around the PSU.

On a side note Ive noticed about a 4 - 6 degree drop at idle and a 10 degree drop at load on all 3 cards which is nice, I bought them because I didn't like the 'MSI' branding on the rear brackets and I liked the look of the backplates so I bought them more for their aesthetic properties rather than their function.

Rate/Slate

Looks great and has the plus side of protecting the SMDs against knocks, etc. tho not sure I'd bother doing it myself.

Thanks for the feedback guys. As said they do help with cooling slightly but I bought these more for the way they look tbh lol, I fancied something different.

I bought them from America but due to Forum rules, I cannot divulge the store :(, they did however cost about $15 for the backplates and $8 for the high airflow bracket, the most expensive part was shipping and customs fees which came to around $35 =|.

why don't gpus come with back plates anyway? surely it would be safer not to have the chance of scratching or damaging them

where'd you get them from? evga site?
