Live down?

Just subscribed to live for first time in ages (as was supposed to get 800 free points which they don't seem to have credited me with), but jumped in shower and when come back can't connect to live over xbox or web.

Anyone else?

It was working for me, now it's not, while everything else continues to work fine.

Getting feedback means I know which side to be looking for a problem on.

as for the 800 free points, I don't know about those but when they offered a free game with a live sub, it states 8-10 weeks. I got my Halo Reach only the other day.

Managed to get it back up with a restart of the router.

Yeah, I phoned up yesterday and was told 6 to 8 weeks... God knows why it should take them that long!
