Official Avengers Tread ere

I am EXTREMELY apprehensive about this movie.

On one hand I want to like it and for it to be everything I could dream of and make way for a whole line of awesome Marvel flicks, on the other we have the Wolverine movie shortly followed by the last two X-Men films.

I really hope they don't **** this up, but I just feel it will go horribly wrong

Also Samual L Jackson is not a good choice. All he does is play himself and Nick Fury is THE MAN with the plan and not a major player in terms of super powers, he just shows up at the end and finishes it.
 
I think this movie will be ok. Joss Whedon wrote for the Avengers for a bit, he's written a lot for Marvel and I think he could handle an ensemble cast quite well. A lot rests on the script, which has to be good for this to work as a film.

Who knows Hawkeye and Black Widow might happen .Samuel L Jackson's copy of the screenplay The Avengers has apparently been stolen might get leaked on line
 
Hawkeye is not currently a movie sorry

Antman and wasp are more interesting to me. Henry Pym was one of the original Avengers and it bothers me he isnt in this movie.



Also am I alone in thinking Thor was terrible

It wasnt great but I'm reluctant to say terrible! I think it was a difficult story to tell tbh - most other superhero movies are set entirely on earth wheras Thor had to be set between here and his home world which sort of diluted the impact!

No-where near as awful as the latest Transformers "film"!!! :eek:
