For games professionally designed and released in a store, then Rise of the Robots is by far the worst.

I'm fairly sure I fell out of the map on STCC as well

Painkiller Overdose was pretty shocking and an insult to the franchise. Started out as a fan mod and then got made into a commercial release for some reason. Far too little thought had gone into the level design (stupid checkpoints sending you back through places you'd already been) and really bad monsters as well.

I had a go on that, then went on to watch a youtube with commentary. 10-15 minutes of bewildered hilarity. I loved it.

NFS Undercover was terrible, I uninstalled it and boxed it pack up to send back literally after 5 minutes.

As someone else said, Spore was a totally boring "game".
Jurassic Park on NES. You fired coloured balls at Dinosaurs, it sucked.

I am generally a very informed buyer but i bought SimCity 4 Deluxe recently on the stregth of how much i loved the early games, shocking game!

Worst game of all time for me is the 8 bit version of E.S.W.A.T.that I had on my master system.

Used to hate that I had the betamax master system version of games like sonic and alex kidd and all my mates had mega drives with the "awesome" versions.

But since then I saw the light that is PC gaming.
