Old computer by most standards on here, but it works great and handles most everything I throw at it. (ME2 on full at 1920x1200). Got DA2 recently though and it has struggled with that a bit (High at 1920x1200 but with 2x AA and one of the other graphic options at 0). Don't game all that much anymore but thought a small upgrade would be nice and so was wondering what would be best for me to get?

Specs are -

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4
x6800 core 2 duo (slightly oc'd from 2.93 to 3.12).
evga 780i f.t.w. edition
evga gts 250
windows 7 professional 64 bit
Raptor 150 gb HDD as OS
Spinpoint F3 1 tb and Seagate Baracuda 320 gb as storage drives.

I was thinking benefit wise it might be a ram upgrade to 4gb or maybe a dx11 graphics card, but figured I would ask instead :)

Budget is around 100 I suppose, but is fairly flexible. The cheaper the better obviously.

Grab a couple more GB RAM.
And upgrade the GPU to a 560.

I recommend these because RAM is cheap and the GPU is transferrable. Honestly I think you're running dated architecture. It's time to start saving for a new rig.

Yea, I found the RAM for around 30 quid in a few places but the C5 version instead of the C4. If I run them both at the same timings, I presume no issues there?

Gfx card wise - Is it better to get a completely different one or to get another 250 GTS and SLI? (mobo can support it). Although that would still limit me to DX 10. I'm assuming because of that limit getting a new diff. one is better, but just double checking :)
