I suspect it may be. I often get problems with slowdown and eventual disconnection, have done on multiple driver formats so no driver issue.

When it disconnects, it works fine if I go right click->troubleshoot. Here's the additional info:

Inssider is your friend for channel conflicts. Is your home hub is N rated, if you're not using any N rated gear then might be an idea to change it to G only?
 
check for other stuff using that channel/frequency band. The high number of Rx Fail rate indicates things are possibly getting corrupted in the air.
Homehubs are supposed to auto select less congested channels, but in my experience the just tend to sit on 1 or 11 regardless.
Fire up inSSIDer for 10-15 mins and maybe post the output here?
