Treat & Reward new tattoos to be done

I busted my foot up pretty bad some 7 years ago being a muppet. I've finaly had the all clear, it's all bolted back in place, nice and soild, 95% strength back so to reward my self i'm going for a new tattoo. I've really gotten into wearing flipflops or bearfoot so going to have something there to show off now i have a normal looking foot.

I did the tipical Google search and i found this and have fallen in love with it and i will be getting it

It'll be the 1st bit of color in any of my tattoos. I just like the simpleness and clean lines.

Oh, tattoo ink doesn't work too well on scar tissue. I asked my artist out of curiosity he said the colours blow out, whatever that means.

I don't think that tattoo is "gay" first thing I thought was surfer type.

I've had a few tats on scare tissue and its held well. My foot has one massive scare tissue line across the length of my foot and the tat fits around it

When you go from having halos, drains, red bandages and seeing the internals of your foot to get to the point of being okay with it now on display is huge.

I just had a quick google to see if there were any better designs, and 99%+ of the images were of females.

I think that should tell you something...

Why the hell are so many replies aggressive, I know GD has a general "We're ***** and we need to prove it" attitude. but lately its like the attitude is on steroids!

I'm not a fan of the tattoo myself, but if you like it, then go for it dude. Tastes are subjective afterall.

Oh and congrats on your recovery! Dont suppose you fancy going into details as to what caused the damage? Or is "being a muppet" all we're going to get
