just refuse the entire lot, it goes back, you get a refund, start a new order.

Refuse the whole delivery and ask them to take it back to OcUK.

You can start again then.

Only if you accept the parts, and have to waste money sending the parts back yourself.

Out of interest, what reason should you give?

a) to OcUK for the RMA (do you need to give a reason? Or just "I changed my mind")

b) to the DPD guy (just to be polite really - it's not his fault after all)

If its within 7 days, you just return it under DSR. You don't need to give a reason, just state it.

DPD guy just apologise and say sorry, had a change of mind etc, would you mind taking it back?

This is why it's best to ask about specs BEFORE ordering, rather than opinions on your spec AFTER ordering.

Let this be a lesson learnt, as the above spec with Athlon II X3 coupled with a 5830 will max most titles with little or no AA @ 1920 x 1080 res.
