Yes I believe you now, but you should have also believed me ;)

I've never been able to see that, but I also suspect that accounts have had different attributes and settings applied to them at the same time over the years which also causes confusion... may be wrong on that though.

I must admit I'm guilty of editing posts, and sometimes not leaving a message, but that's an exception. I am also guilty of sometimes closing threads which have either turned into drivel, add nothing to the forums or are that have just turned plain nasty.

However, I believe I'm pretty good at getting back to people and discussing things.

Now we've got the delete comment visible, I trust you'll be less upset of a post being deleted rather than edited? The thing is, to delete a post it's just a 2 clicks - to edit a post, you have to type a reason, edit the offending word/sentence/attack/whatever, and then save it etc... When you've got lots of items to fix - you can mass select several posts and delete them all in one go - editing each one is a pain.

If you disagree with something send an email or an RTM at least.

We don't get paid for it. Nor would I want to either.

Just happy to give some of my time to help keep this forum the place it is. Remember we are regular members too - we just happen to have a editing / moderating powers. :)

Right now? Nope not getting paid, when at the HQ, yes I get paid. The Customer Services section of the forum is usually left if the HQ is closed, however if it is something quick and easy I usually help out in my own time now and again (depending if I can action, sort out things at home, which most of the time I need to be at the HQ to sort work out).
