I just received this board but it looks as if it has been used.
4 of the SATA cables and the bluetooth board are not in any packaging. Also the screw holes for screwing the board onto the standoffs are worn with 1 of them worn past the PCB.
I have contacted the retailer but will not know until tomorrow if they will do anything.
If they don't exchange the board, I will be refunding the rest of my £2800 build and going elsewhere.
 
It has the B3 sticker on it but you're right.
Somebody probable swapped them over instead of going through asus for a RMA.
 
Distance selling regulations, tell them you want to send it back under dsr, they cannot argue about that, as long as you inform them within 7 days they have to agree

If he bought it as new, he's better off returning it under SOGA - the retailer is then responsible for paying for the postage.
