Hey does anyone know where I can get this? around 50 hours of footage was apparently recorded and I want to get as much as I can, I just love sitting there and watching it - of course there are millions of clips on the net on youtube etc (iv watched it all), but all the same ones nearly (not even an hour of total unique footage) and when I try to find this on google nearly everything that comes up is stupid ******* hoax ********  (really are people -that- stupid?)

Anyways im after as much apollo moon footage as is humanly possible to get as I wish to watch it all, even the boring bits where they just walk around, WANT !

Thanks :)

EDIT: Dont want all of it, just specifically footage of astronaughts ON the moon or in orbit, iv watched everything else in the world all the documentries, films etc

i did discover a youtube channel which had all those sorts of things. but also they said that they were releasing a blu ray if i remember rightly. ill have a little look now but you might have already seen it all

I got this a few weeks ago but not yet seen it:

Apollo 11 - Men On The Moon Box Set DVD

It's from the DVDBayUK ebay shop and is from the NASA archives (3 discs).

The other one you might like is The Sky At Night: Apollo 11 - A Night To Remember, from the place across the water.

More general but nevertheless must to see are:

In The Shadow of the Moon
From the Earth to the Moon
Space Race

Also worth buying is "To the Moon" DVD and "For all Mankind" - For All Mankind has brilliant footage, loads of stuff from on the moon from all the missions.

As has been mentioned, if anyone hasnt seen From the Earth to the Moon then you must buy it, its as good as Band of Brothers and made by the same guys.

+ When We Left Earth (Also known as NASA's Greatest Missions I think)

:)

Watched all those :p I'm just after hours and hours of unedited footage of them on the moon, to many short clips, just want them doin what they do, like NASA tv I guess , as in they show all even the boring bits

50hrs of watching people in suits bounce about in slow motion in a studio, fantastic

Your funny because somehow your a man of honour yet you post stuff like that, words cannot describe to what level of dumb I think people are who still think we didn't go to the moon, I know there are the foil hat crew but some how a large chunk of society still thinks this. I guess because it's so amazing and so forward thinking and so brave people of this generation 'dont get it' as there stuck in modern nany society and have had 'risk' beaten out of them, willing conformists. Bring on people like Kennedy and von Braun again to move humanity forward.
