Noise coming from Twin Frozr card

Hi guys, i'm after a bit of advice.:)

I have had a 5850 twin Frozr for a while now. It's a great card imo, but i have noticed that during startup, unitl i get in to windows and the fan profile kicks in, it makes a kind of ticking noise.

The default fan profile is at 55% which is incredibly loud but i have it at 30% and it rarely changes tbh. So the card is always silent even during heavy gaming.
But that is not the problem, when it is at 55% during windows loading, it seems to make a ticking noise which sounds like the fan touching something (my checking has found that it is not). The noise goes away lower than 50%.
Obviously i am not worried about it on a day by day basis, but i just thought that if i wanted to sell it in the future, i would be worried that someome might see it as a fault.

Do you think there is a problem there?
What would you do?

Thanks

You've been waiting to bring that one out haven't you:D

I'm not worried, it's just that if i come round to selling it one day, i'm thinking someone might see it as a fault and i might not be bale to sell it. It's not just during startup, its when the fan goes over 55%. When windows is loaded, Afterburner sets the profile to 30% and it's fine.

If it does it whilst gaming the definitely RMA. I think these had loads of problems when OcUK got loads of them. I'm sure they'll just send it back and give you a refurb/new one
