from what id seen on the net z68 was expected around the 8th - 14th may

was planning to move to sandybridge but with the expected release of z68 have been holding off but i cant take the wait anymore and finding it hard not to just plump for a p67 board.

any one got any news on z68, reviews of boards etc?

does anyone know how much more these are going to cost roughly?

btw binaryknight i have a brand new asus deluxe b3 for sale at pro prices if you are interested.

Apparantly they'll cost a little more then the P67, guess we have to wait to find out. Only a few more days!!!

Funny how all the Mac Haters always bang on about how Macs use outdated hardware etc etc, yet the iMac released last Tuesday (and shipping/in retail stores immediately) uses the Z68 chipset :p.

Yeah, but how long did the Macbook Pro stay with Core 2 Duo chips? Plus the new Mac Mini is still Core 2 Duo, as is the Air.

Zaki is postponed for the foreseeable future because of lack of funds anyway, so I have time to wait (again).

ROG ITX is just wishful thinking, although there seems to be a big push towards Mini ITX gaming boxes these days, so it's a potential target market Asus could latch into.

I was holding out for a Gigabyte Sandy ITX anyway, so I'll hold out for a Gigabyte Z68 ITX.

Will these be for sale tomorrow on overclockers?

Doubtful, but we can't tell for sure.

OcUK have had stocks of new graphics cards in ready for the official launch date, but we've not really seen anybody other than Gigabyte show tangible Z68 motherboards.

I'm expecting everybody to announce new products once Z68 is officially launched, but actual stocks not arriving for another couple of weeks.
