Just ringing Virgin Mobile to cancel and pay off my contract . I get through to the usual
" press 1 to see how many minutes you have press, 2 to see the detials of last call. press 3 to cancel or amend your monthly deal"
when pressing 3 a message says "YOU HAVE DIALED AN INCORRECT NUMBER"
That is just laughable the last time i rang Virgin about a year ago it did it then and i just persumed it was a technical problem at the time.
That is so half arsed its un real. Looks like they dont want people to leave
