I was thinking of getting this bundle as my next upgrade as I am currently using a cheap £5 keyboard just now

Is it good?
Any other suggestions for a budget of £95?
Also I don't need a new mouse as I already have a cm storm inferno I think that's the one :p I was just thinking about that bundle as its the same amount as the keyboard on its own :) so I may sell it to get some money back and maybe save up for an ssd or something or keep it as a backup mouse

That's a pretty nice bundle tbh. That'll be my next keyboard anyway as I have a G11 and the MX518 isn't supposed to be that different than my current G500. I'd go for that.

I don't know wether my dad would let me spend £90 on a keyboard since I'm only 15 and I have exams on just now lol I think that £75 on a mouse and keyboard may be pushing it :p

I don't think that I could justify spending £90 on a keyboard :p
Also do you guys think that I should sell the mouse that comes with the bundle and saving up for an ssd or something else?

glad you're not getting the V7 ;). Not too great.
That's the bundle I'm planning to go for aswell. What I don't understand is why it is cheaper than buying the k/b by itself

It's tough when you're on a tight budget, but £120-£200 or more on a high quality mechanical is a good investment and fine value as it will last a very long time. The one caveat that you need to find the keyswitch type that you enjoy using.

You might get a good (£65-£75) mechanical for gaming if you're willing to get a cheap mouse for a while. Otherwise I'd suggest avoiding the non-mechanical gaming keyboards - lights and macro keys really aren't important and you're paying a whole lot for no real benefit over plain keyboards.

You could also consider getting a used mechanical board from a reliable seller, although I appreciate many people hate the idea of a used keyboard or mouse.

buying a bundle just to sell part of it often poor value. Save until you can afford the things that you really want.

That was actually the keyboard I wanted and since it's cheaper to buy the bundle that's why I wanted to get it
Anyone know whether you are able to do the same type of thing with the screen on that keyboard as the g11 like fraps and monitoring temps?

IMO, it's pointless spending lots on a k/b if it doesn't light up

+1 :p that's what I was kinda thinking as I would get the black widow but the one in my budget doesn't light up :( and I am not spending £115 just to get an led keyboard

I hope so - otherwise it's a waste

I might've got it but then i saw it was just blue. **** THAT!

Yeah I want orange LEDs to match my black and orange theme of my case (apart from the green liquid :p ) so that's another plus towards the logitech :)
