Gears of War 3 Dated (Official blah blah)

I can't kill anyone for **** with the gnasher. I just don't seem to get hit markers. I have them lined up in the middle of the screen and nothing. :(
 
I've started using the sawn off now. I hate it and think it's cheap but everybody else uses it and it's just stupidly easy to get kills with it. All you need to do is press fire when near somebody and you'll get a kill. Easily the most retarded addition to the series.
 
I switched to the sawn off to take out people when they insist on using nothing but the shotgun, otherwise I use the lancer or any power weapon i can get my hands on. So now if people want to get close they will have to risk being blown away in one shot.

But no doubt they will nerf it because people will cry how over powered it is even though it has no range and only one shot, but before they nerf the sawn off, half the range of the gnasher because the range on it is a bit of a **** take at the moment. I was rolling and sprinting away from someone earlier and I was still taking damage when he is just walking and aiming down the sights.

If they can roll and dive through lancer fire to get close you should atleast be able to roll and sprint to safety without taking damage from 2-3 more shots.

The first time that happened to me I thought someone had glitched the roadie run and shooting again. How the hell they can still hit you when you are sprinting away for many seconds after. I've been miles down the corridor and can see the bullet spread coming at me. I can see one pellet hit me and I take huge damage.

Yet with the lancer even when you drop someone it takes a 2 second burst to finish them off.
 
I've had that where i'm running away from somebody and still taking massive damage from the gnasher :mad: They need to reduce the range on it but increase the spread so you don't get BS moments like in at that video.
 
Apparently the codes got sent out last night and the rest are supposedly getting sent out tonight US time.

Also I've been giggling my balls off laughing at the shotgun rollers as I've discovered an amazing way to deal with them, the retro lancer cuts them down in no time and some of the hate mail I've got from it is awesome :D The messages have mostly been along the lines of I am a massive bender and I need to use a real gun :D:p

Edit: Used the first code online (PC) and says that I was successful, will DL it when i get home :)
