Criminal Catching Show

A few years ago on channel 5 there was a tv show where criminals would be lured into committing crimes, then were caught and humiliated for them. It had one where the criminal would try and steal something from a lorry, which would then lock, the sides would drop down and the lorry drove around town. Another had a guy stealing a car which then locked and filled with foam.

Some of the set-ups included a woman who parked in a disabled spot and returned to find her car surrounded by empty wheelchairs chained to each other in protest.
