Is it just me that feels that the parents are cashing in on Madeleine McCann kidnapping.

They just released a book all about it & no doudt sat at home rubbing their hands at all the money that coming in from it.

Not so long back they were caught out dipping into funds for themselves, that were so called to help find Madeleine.

Now they saying all funds from the book will go on searching for her.

Aye i bet they will to.

I still think to this day they had something to do with it, as nobody has found anything not one scrap of evidence or any leads, basically nothing as to her disappearance.

As sad as it is I think she dead, and the upmost was taken in getting rid of her body.
 
I think that it is an awful, awful thing to have to go through as a parent - no matter what the truth is about 'negligence' or whatever (I don't know the facts so conjecture would be pointless). All I know is that, with a young daughter myself, I cannot begin to understand how you cope with losing a child - in those circumstances (where she could be still alive and facing a life of abuse) and in front of the world's media.

I hardly think anyone who's lost a child would 'sit at home rubbing their hands in glee'.
 
No. I know exactly how they feel having also lost my daughter in a foreign country while boozing it up at the pub. It's what she would have wanted.

more like they overdid the sedatives!

i dont really see them as cashing in on it though , im sure its the papers approaching them rather than the other way round , and with the money spent looking for her (or on the cover up) then its not like they dont need it

I think it is guilt. Not because I think they had anything to do with the actual kidnapping, it is because it is their fault they left her alone at home when somebody should have been looking after her. If they had acted like proper parents, none of this would have happened. Sure, they are getting some money from the book, but I think it is just more proof they feel guilty as hell.

Or, as was actually the case, they were using some of the funds to carry on funding themselves living abroad so that they could continue to search for her.

You may, or may not, think that's a reasonable use of the funds raised to help find Madeleine but it hardly qualifies as "dipping into the funds for themselves".
 
Sick of hearing about it, how many hundreds of other families have lost children since then?

The media and the McCanns know it's a money spinner.
 
There is something very, very dodgy about them. No doubt about it.

I think the most likely scenario is that they involuntarily killed her, disposed of the body and then said she went missing/was taken.
