Risky - He is a true Intel geek so he won't go down the AM3 route as he wants to upgrade this rig later to an i5 CPU or something - good spec though. He won't be overclocking at all so won't want a 3rd party cooler for the CPU..

Anuraj - Nice spec but GPU is a bit naff and there is no PSU in there..

You know what the 12v amperage rating is on it? I haven't seen many good reviews on it..

Stulid - Looks nice but at £488 I think he'll not want it as he's already seen lower.. He really wants to skimp yet at the same time get him a decent bit of kit!!

I'll try twist his arm and bring him back up again.. :D

Not your fault dude!! I just forget to put in every bit of detail or I'd be here all night racking my brains.. It only sparked my memory when I saw AMD - I just thought ah! Nah! Intel fanboy this guy..

i would go with the AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 840 over the intel i3
however i3 seems to be faster at the present, but i think in the future the amd will be at an advantage considering it has 4 actual cores imo.

Forgot to mention also - he is going to upgrade later once money permits - so he will probably grab an i5 or i7 - whack in an SSD - get a better graphics card - then probably a PSU if required as & when..

By later I meant like Christmas time or early January. . :p He needs a rig, he has NO PC whatsoever to game on!! Haha..
