I recently decided to update my cats to 11.5
Anyway, while launching Need For Speed Hot Pursuit which is on version 1.05 (the latest) the whole PC just freezes with a black screen. I have no choice other than push that reset button. ugh. Can't even CTRL, ALT & DLT.
If I turn off crossfire it works. I also have the latest ati catalyst application profiles.
Thing is I upgraded both my drivers and NFS HP both at the same time. Since it was running like poop before, so i can't really say, it never happened before i updated my drivers....
Machine is Win7 Ultimate 64bit, and everything else is running in top notch performance.. In other words, my pc is not an unstable mess.
Anyone else having issues with this on crossfire? Pretty annoying TBH. Their other game, NFS Shift The older one, when i run crossfire, the framerate is choppy, but much much smoother on a single GPU.
Out of my many games, it's only those two that i am having issues with.
