Is My PSU Normal ATX ??

Should be ok then.. how is the PSU supported inside the case. Damn Dell!!

very simple its just supported by the four screws in the back, take them out and you'll be able take the PSU out.

am i in the clear to by the BeQuiet Pure Power L7 530W Power Supply

yes it will be fine. My apologies for scaremongering. As I said, Dell have a nasty habit of building non standard parts, particularly older models.

no worrys at all mate u helped me too purchase my card and everything in the last thread.

Just one question what are the screws like for the BeQuiet Pure Power L7 530W Power Supply? I won't have to cut any metal out or anything like the previous poster said will i?

I doubt it, just looked at the power supply and it's defo ATX and also has same dimensions as any other 'normal' power supply.
