6970 bigger than 6950 ?

Hopefully a quick ones these. I know a reference 6950 fits inside my case. Does anyone know if the 6970 is the same size, or is it bigger? Also, does it hae power plugs on the side as with the 6950 or on the rear?

Also, is this msi 6970 a reference card:

(I know about flashing the 6950 to 6970, and unlocking shaders)

No the 6970 requires 1 6pin and 1 8pin PCIe power connector
