+1 it is a very useful thing to have, much easier than trying to keep large amounts of cash safe!If you're 16, then I think it's about time you went to the bank and opened your own account and apply for a debit card online
That's what I did years back. It's not hard. Applied online, sent me a bunch of papers, signed, returned, waited for card, topped up = profit

As for something that requires mail order or online order like the Sapphire card, I would have written it on a birthday list. Something to the tune of £90 plus a case though? Depends on how much your parents usually spend, but for me, that would have been a joint present from parents and grandparents whether aged 16 or 32.

Thanks again guys, i end up buying a HD5570, which could max out GTA IV if i had a quad core 
but for now 1280x1024 medium settings is good enough

Even with a quad you cant max it, not due to hardware, the game is just not ported from the consoles very well
where did you get the 5570?
