Try just one stick of ram at a time, see how you get on.
any chance of a dodgy cd? download another copy from microsofts site and try again?
By any chance are us trying to install Windows Vista 64bit from a pre sevice pack 1 DVD? The pre service pack 1 DVD's could not install windows if the PC had more than 2GB of ram installed due to an error with a file called storport.dll I think. That would produce same symptoms (BSOD) when trying to install as you are finding now with your new MB and CPU.
